Many of my pieces are set into oak. Oak is such a beautiful wood and of course is local to England, with a legacy of being a wood that people identify with the passing of time and with strength.
The oak bases that I use come from wood grown locally near me in Lancashire and they are hand carved and finished to a high standard.
The glass pieces that I make are set into them providing a steady and strong base to keep your glass safe for many years to come.
