How to order and send ashes

If you decide to order a piece from me, please fill out the order form which you can find on the Order Form page. Once I receive your order I will send a pack out to you. This will allow you to send the ashes safely to me.

Once I receive the ashes I will start work on the commission, but I will always clarify exactly what your requirements are for the piece. If you have any special requests or want to ask anything, please feel free to call or email and I can do my best to help you.

My Promise

Ashes are handled with the utmost respect and professional care at all times. They are locked up for safety and clearly labelled. Each piece that I make is made separately and only one piece is made at a time.

Ashes are kept securely in the sealed bag in which I receive them until they are ready to go into the glass and any ash that remains is returned to you.

Payment

I require payment in advance. All my pieces have individual prices listed. Engraving is at an extra cost and will be quoted.
