My priority is for you to be happy with your memorial glass piece, so for whatever reason you’re not, I really want to rectify that for you. I can offer a full refund on return of your piece. In this scenario I will cut out either the heart or the circle with the ash in and return that to you. Alternatively, I will remake the piece for you.

If you have any complaints please do contact me so I can arrange a phone call with you to discuss any matters.

Please allow 28 days from the receipt of the ash for delivery of your ashes in glass art piece.

All cremation Ashes into glass pieces are packaged safely and securely and posted by special delivery, so it can be tracked and you receive next day delivery .

I cannot be held responsible for the service of Royal Mail, but I can say in 10 years I have never had a poor delivery
