How to order and send ashes
If you decide to order a piece from us then please fill out the order form which you can find on the Order Form page. We will then ring you to confirm a price. Once payment is made, we will then send you a special sealed bag via Royal Mail and would ask that you take a small spoonful of ash and send it back to us by Special Delivery.
Once we receive the ashes then we will start work on the commission, but we will always call you first to clarify exactly what your requirements are for the piece. If you have any special requests or want to ask anything, please feel free to call or email and we can do our best to help you.
Ashes are handled with the utmost respect and professional care at all times. They are locked up for safety and clearly labelled. Each piece that we make is made separately and only one piece is made at a time.
Ashes are kept securely in the sealed bag in which we receive them until they are ready to go into the glass and any ash that remains is returned to you.
We require payment in advance. All our pieces have individual prices listed. Postage and Packaging costs are additional. These are £10 for lightcatchers and £15 for pieces with oak bases. Engraving is at an extra cost and will be quoted.
